Our Approach to Fees

- The quoted fee is the maximum you’ll pay; should we complete our work more efficiently; the final bill will be adjusted to reflect the actual hours spent.
Pre-Work Formalities
- Before we dive in, a retainer equal to half of the estimated fee is required.
- To ensure compliance, we’ll provide a Data Processing Agreement along with our Standard Terms and Conditions, adhering to the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

- Expert reports for legal proceedings are billed at £200/hour, with day and week rates available. Family Court reports necessitate court approval for us to act as a Single Joint Expert.

- Paul offers his extensive expertise on a case-by-case basis, with daily rates ranging from £500 to £1,000, excluding additional expenses for travel and accommodation.
Training and Expert Presentations
Customized Training Programs
- Paul provides tailored training covering various aspects of financial crime, with rates depending on the complexity and audience, typically between £1,000 to £1,500 per day.
Speaking Engagements
- Paul is available for presentations at charity or annual events, with costs covering travel expenses and a negotiated fee based on the event’s specifics.
